“Justice is the fundament of power and stability of the Commonwealth” – a performance conducted by the Consortium of Postartistic Practice in 2017 in the context of struggles in defence of the independent judiciary in Poland, a re-enactment of political performance by Akademia Ruchu from 1980, who mirrored a slogan written on the façade of the court in Warsaw, where the independent trade union Solidarity was being legalized in result of workers’ strikes of August 1980.
